metaminaFNR es un stream continuo de audio. Un patch de Pure Data corriendo en un servidor elíge aleatoriamente tracks de audio que lee de un archivo de texto y que estan alojadas en archive.org y otros hosts. Incluye propuestas de artesonoro, ruidismo, música generativa y algoritmica, improvisación, fieldrecordings, microsounds, y más.. todas ellas de marcado caracter experimental y bajo licencias "abiertas"

metaminaFNR is 24h audio stream. A PD patch is running in a server. It chose by random diferents audio-urls from a txt file and play them. Almost all the audio tracks are hosted at archive.org. In the selection you will listen soundart, noise, algorithmic and generative music, improvisations, field-recordings, microsounds, and more.. all of them with a strong experimental character and under "open" licenses.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN "metaminaFNR": you need instaled in your machina or server "Pure Data" (pdextended versión need oggcast~ by Olaf Matthes) + the external [READANYSF~] from August Black. Then download "metaminaFNR.pd-zip" and unzip it, there are 3 files; "fromyourmachinaMFNR.pd", "serverMFNR.pd" and "urls.txt".

---- Open "urls.txt" with a text-editor and change/add new audio url like "http://www.archive.org/download/PATO_CRISIS/08_principe_felipe.ogg;" each per line and finish with ";"

---- Open "fromyourmachinaMFNR.pd" with pdextended. Edit it and add your info for the stream (host, mountpoint, password, metadata, ect) you can create your stream channel with GISS.tv

---- Finally bang! "play" and after bang! "stream"....

FROM A SERVER: the same you need to install in the server (pdextended + readanysf~). Edit "urls.txt" and "serverMFNR.pd" with your audio tracks and the info of your (host, mountpoint, password, metadata, ect). And upload to the server > serverMFNR.pd and "urls.txt" in the same folder.

---In the server Run pdextended and the patch (serverMFNR.pd) in nogui way ::> pdextended -nogui serverMFNR.pd

---$ ssh usuario_remoto@host_remoto (para conectarse al server desde tu terminal a tu sesion de usuario via "ssh" y poder instalar pdextended + readanysf~.
---$ scp /home/carpeta/* usuario@maquina:/carpeta/ (subir archivos desde tu máquina al server via "scp")

---$screen ( Para que el patch y pdextended se queden rulando en el server en loop, y podamos salir y cerrar nuestra sesion "ssh" utilizamos el comando "screen" )

elpueblodechina explora el origen rítmico del ruido en la performance HIMW (He Is My Wife). Ruidismo a partir de preguntas en desarrollo en relacion a la cultura y los afectos. El ritmo, como repeticion puede estar relacionado a los patrones disciplinarios de una sociedad post industrial. Sin embargo los ritmos han sido tambien usados para al encuentro de la gente y la organización. HIMW explora en un diagrama el continuo entre ruido y ritmo.

Juan Matos Capote es un artista experimental -sonoro y visual- de las Islas Canarias residente en Barcelona. Estudió circuit-bending con el pionero de la disciplina Reed Ghazala y técnicas de deep listening con la compositora e intérprete Pauline Oliveros.

Albert Alcoz; Cineasta, escritor, docente y programador. A partir de 2005 realiza películas en formato super 8, 16mm y vídeo. Algunas de ellas se han proyectado en centros como el Anthology Film Archives de Nueva York, la National Gallery de Dublín, el Caixafòrum de Madrid, el CCCB Xcèntric de Barcelona o el Artium de Vitoria. Entre sus títulos destacan: Forth and Back and Forth (2007), NIF FIN (2007), Aterganiv (2008), NYC SYNC (2008) y Home Movie Holes (2009). Desde mayo de 2006 redacta y diseña el blog Visionary Film sobre cine de vanguardia y cine experimental actual.

Lives and works in Barcelona, Spain.He plays accordion, electric guitar, turntable, electro-acoustic devices and resonant objects. His work stands somewhere between visual arts, visual poetry and sound. His installations and sound pieces, all of a low-fi character, have in common an interest for unstable processes, where the manipulation of objects as instruments or instruments as objects has a strong phenomenological aspect.

disovered an early vocation of experimental work and has created an extensive body of film work in a variety of formats, althugh with a predominance of super 8, alongside a number of collaborations in 35mm and digital media. These works stand on the limit of what is considered to be traditional representation and narrative; the earliest, in which he works on the photogram as a minimum unit, painting onto film or animating forms, as well as the most recent, based on the appropriation of images.

This autonomic radio freely gathers and spreads nodes of sound art instances, works by different composers and sonic artists with a common interest in openness of media, languages and technologies, ecologies of individuals and values. Once again such issue reminds me of the primordial peer2peer character of the Internet, shaped nowadays by capitalistic paradigms into a far less wild environment then it was at its birth.
